Gift Cards are available for any dollar amount and can be used for any service or product. Gift cards are not refundable if lost and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates. In order to redeem your Gift card you MUST present it at the time of redemption. When ordering online, please be sure to include the recipient’s first and last name. Gift Cards expire one year from the date of purchase.

Spa services are available by appointment. We require a credit card to secure your reservation. Please schedule your appointments in advance. While we love to accommodate walk-ins we cannot guarantee availability. Late arrival can and will shorten your appointment time depending on our schedule.

To avoid any charges, please honor our twenty four hour advance notice of cancellation. Group reservations require seventy two hours notice. “No-Shows” will result in a charge of the full amount of the booked services. Cancellations with less than twenty four hours notice are charged fifty percent of the booked services.

New clients, please arrive ten minutes prior to your service to fill out necessary paperwork.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, venmo, + paypal. We pay our staff above living wage for Brevard, NC. However the cost of living is still very high in our community. In order to not increase service prices, we ask that you tip your therapist for their excellent service. Common practice is similar to a restaurant - Fifteen percent to twenty five percent gratuity is appreciated.

Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions such as pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, or disabilities.

Guests must be eighteen years of age. Guest’s under eighteen years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian’s approval. Please silence your cell phones and other electronic devices upon arrival. Inside voices are appreciated while in the spa.

We are committed to your privacy. We keep all personal, financial and medical information confidential. Credit cards are not kept in our system files.
